Living in Jackson

A Glow of Progress

A resurgence of spirit

Jackson's Commercial Exchange at 2301 E. Michigan Avenue is undergoing a renaissance. Not only is the office and warehouse building under new on-site management, but the maintenance team pays homage to this distinguished National Historic Site. The newly available-for-leasing office spaces have been fully restored.

To adequately describe the polished walnut and oak finished office is a challenge. In today's times, rarely will solid wood be found as a wall finish in an office with unique hidden-panel doors and original light fixtures. You will find polished brass features in an original Art Deco office with walls covered with a gradation in levels of decorative cork. The detail of the onyx fireplace is exquisite. A perfect CEO office or conference room for a business looking to make a statement of quality.

If you are fortunate to live in the area, drive-by at night to see our illuminated tower. For us, it's a statement of resurgence reminiscent of Jackson's 17 stories County Tower, a building designed and built by Albert Kahn in 1929. That building was known in its day as the ‘Golden Tower'. We are proud of the revival of our distinctive property, of our forward thinking tenants, and our beacon of light on Jackson's main street.
